Review 1 for MET-Rx Protein and Oats Vanilla Cinnamon -- 2 lbs

"I blend this protein & oats with a banana and MCT oil first thing in the AM. It's a quick healthy breakfast and gives me plenty of energy... providing I didn't drink a bottle (or two) of wine the night before."

Review 2 for MET-Rx Protein and Oats Vanilla Cinnamon -- 2 lbs
A terrible imitation of ON's Oats and Whey

Buy Optimum Nutrition's Oats and Whey, both the vanilla bean and the chocolate are pretty decent.
This product tastes nearly scary bad. I've tried over 50 different shakes over the years, and I actually started on MetRx several years ago and thought it was ok before I tasted other shakes and quickly moved on. Figuring that MetRx had gotten their stuff together over the years, they would have created a good product. They didn't. I seldom ever throw a product in the trash, but it was horrific. The cinnamon is so obvious they just threw it in there as an afterthought. Also, the oats part of this? Just take a bag of Quaker oats and just throw them in your regular shake (no blending of the oats at all...you'll be chewing on big blobs of uncut oats). Voila...you have MetRx's pathetic attempt at Oats and Whey product."
