Less bulkier than other brands!
 September 11, 2014
"I've been told by several people that I grind my teeth at night and that it sounds very scary. So, over the years I've used several different types of night guards to protect myself from completely damaging my teeth. This night guard is less bulkier than previous ones I've used and I have a very small mouth (being 5ft tall and all). This is not to say that these are better than the ones your dentist can provide you with; however, those will probably rob you of hundreds of dollars. I like how this is very inexpensive and comes with its own case.
I do have to warn you though, you have to follow the directions very carefully. I've made past mistakes of not following the directions carefully and being forced to re-do the fitting instruction. This is a pain in the behind because as anyone who has experienced using night guards, it's very difficult to re-mold the night guard once you've already tried fitting it once. In a way, you need to think of this process of a one-time deal. You can still re-fit the night guard to your mouth if you make a mistake; however, it's not as easy to work with compared to the first time you tried."
