NOT an ointment, but still not bad

"The itching of the eczema on my feet is a huge problem. I've been on the hunt for some kind of remedy to stave off the crazy itching, even trying unknown products like this one with no reviews. My feelings on this product are a bit mixed.
First of all, it says "topical ointment" in the name of the product. This is not a tube of ointment at all. It's a tiny bottle of mixed essential oils. It's very aromatic and pleasant. I had trouble using it at first. The bottle is topped with a plastic cap with a hole in it, kind of like a soy sauce bottle, but smaller. I tried shaking the liquid out for use on my skin, but it was a bit wild. Some drops would come out and some other drops would fly out into air. With such a tiny amount in the first place, I didn't want this kind of waste! I eventually figured out that you hold the bottle upside-down against your skin and then drag the bottle over the affected area until the amount you want has come out. A tiny bit of shaking sometimes helps. Just don't treat it like a ketchup bottle because the contents are very liquid and will fly all over the place.
Now the important part: does it actually work? For the most part, I think yes. When an itch starts up and I apply this to the itch without doing anything else, I don't feel like it helps much. I still want to scratch. However if I scratch very lightly then apply this, the itch goes away completely for about an hour at least. If I scratch lightly without applying this, I usually need to scratch again right away, more vigorously. So in this way I think this product helps.
Five stars for being all natural, organic, and helping with itching where other products have failed, minus a star for being so expensive. If you have to deal with itches over a large area, such as your legs, it would take a long time to dispense this product over the entire area, and it would disappear quickly because you don't get much to start with. 11 ml is not even half an ounce!"
