EXCELLENT
 November 12, 2014
"I use this licorice root powder to prepare a very tasty tea:
in a glass jar with 1 liter of water I put 1 Tbsp of licorice, 1 teasp of fennel seeds, 1 teasp of anise seeds and 2/3 juniper berries (I grind the seeds and berries with a small grindstone: that allows an even stronger taste!)
I also add other ingredients, at times, like clove, coriander, ginger, ... but these are the basis.
Boil for 5 minute and leave to rest for 10 more minutes.
