Almost a masterpiece

"OK so this mix was really easy to pop in my bread maker on the gluten free setting.
As it was being mixed and prepared in the machine it looked so promising! Gluten free breads can be such a challenge.
What I could see from the peek a boo window had me so excited. It looked like the perfect loaf.
Imagine my surprise when I popped it out of the baking tray and the whole bottom was uncooked flour! Talk about looks being deceiving. This was a pretty expensive error. Usually I do not have to mix anything prior to putting in the bread maker but I do want to try this mix again but blend it all before I put the ingredients into the bread maker.

My favorite!

"I have tried various gluten-free bread mixes, but this is by far the best, both for its taste and its consistency. Even as it dries out a bit, it does not crumble. I use it in my bread machine on the regular cycle."
