"Have tried many mixes and this is my favorite. To the other reviewer point...ALL GF cookies that are home-baked lose their quality after a day or two. I haven't found one yet that holds up. But these are really yummy."

"I made these on Christmas. Everyone liked them and no one knew they were gluten free. I added 1 cup of chocolate chips. Delicious the day they were baked and kept going back for more. I kept them in a cookie tin. I didn't try them for another 2 days since I rotate my diet. Definately were not the same and threw them out! You can always expect any cookie to stale but this cookie lost everything in a couple of days. The cookie portion lost its flavor, texture changed, tasted like a piece of flat cardboard. I recommend it if you eat them the first day and if you need something quick and in small quantity-makes 2 dozen. Also note that eggs must be added- caution for those allergic."
