"I had eaten miso soup in Japanese restaurants, but had never tried it. Then I heard Dr. Oz and Dr. Mercola recommend it as a healthful fermented food. Since I generally don't care for other fermented foods, I decided to try it. I mix a tablespoon or two in chicken or vegetable broth, add rice and some carrots and other veggies, and it is delicious! Just be sure to refrigerate the package after opening. Also, I would never buy a soy product that was non-organic, since it could be GMO. I can be confident that this product is not."
