problems in cooking
July 3, 2013
"No matter how I cook this pasta, the pieces stick together and as a result some do not get cooked enough. I don't know if it is just the nature of the shape, as shells tend to "nest" together or what, but I will not be buying them again. They taste ok, but I wish there was another shape of quinoa pasta without corn that I could get"

Best gluten free pasta out there!
October 29, 2012
"Andean Dream pasta is the only gluten free pasta I buy. Since it is made with white rice and quinoa, it actually tastes and holds together like regular pasta with your favorite sauce or vinaigrette for salad. I have fooled a lot of people with it. As an Italian I am quite picky about pasta, but this one rocks. You have to boil it longer, but the taste is so much better than just those rice or brown rice pastas that fall apart and get mushy."
