"chalky, and tastes bad. you end up wasting a lot of product despite adding water after you drink it because so much of it is left in the bottom of the glass. and believe me, you don't want to keep drinking it. Thorne labratories has a much better product but, unfortunately, vitacost isn't currently carrying it."

Very relaxing

"My doctor recommended I increase my cal-mag intake in order to help control leg spasms, and this does the trick. I use it as a supplement to what I get in my multi-vitamin to reach his recommended dosages...and there is the added benefit of also helping restless legs at bedtime. And speaking of bedtime, be near the bed when you take this supplement, as it will also give you a boost toward a good nights sleep. Really relaxes me and sends me into dreamland with no time spent tossing and turning. I take it almost every evening before bedtime. I don't know what the flavor is like as a drink because I just take it with a swig of water and then another to rinse my mouth, because I don't really like flavored drinks, preferring plain water when I hydrate. Highly recommend."
