Chewy and Delicious
 February 14, 2014
"First time I[ve tried this and am very pleased. I used in soup and
loved the chewy full flavor, a nice complement to all the veggies.
A 3-1 ratio of liquid to grain and needs more cooking time than
rice, but well worth it.

Tasty and chewy
 June 9, 2013
"Kamut berries taste like a cross between wheat berries and faro. All are great tasting, higher protein alternatives to rice or pasta. A complex carbohydrate with a good taste but will be a bit chewier than faro. Also a little nutty in flavor and can be eaten hot or cold as a salad."

"Add to cold salads, soups; can be extra crunchy or cooked longer for softness. I like it best when sprouted - is sweet with mild crunch. Also do the same with Quinoa."

wonderful whole grain
 July 26, 2012
"Its great that Vitacost carries a whole grain product like Kamut berries. Soaked them overnight and followed the cooking instructions. Simple and tastes wonderful, had a buttery nut flavor to it.
Will definitely order more.
