"Bob's Red Mill Heritage Mung Beans make the best sprouts. They sprout quickly and evenly and on day three you have delicious, great looking fresh beansprouts. Delicious, nutritious and versatile, these sprouts can be added to so many dishes, hot or cold. I love them in salads and also in my brown basmati rice stir fry with vegetables."
