"This is mainly in response to the person who only gave it a 3 star rating. I use it in making my yogurt as well. You just have to whisk it as another person stated. I have the most wonderful, thickest, creamiest yogurt. I won't ever go back to store-bought."

"I use Nonfat dry milk powder to help thicken homemade yogurt. This brand is so hard to get mixed in without lumps. It is almost paste like. I had to put it in my blender this last time to help get rid of all the chunky mess."

"I do love this product. It is the best dry powdered milk I have tasted. Make it ahead and let it get cold and you would be hard pressed to tell the difference. Once you get your measurements to suit you, I think you will be pleased."

"I have used Bob's Red Mill powdered milk many times. It gave me a consistently delicious product, and I am so glad they are carrying it now. I make it in fresh water that I warm in the microwave so the powder will mix faster, and whip with a whisk until all the powder is mixed. The magic is after it has chilled overnight. And extra delicious taste happens with a few drops of vanilla. It tastes great."
