Not for flour

"I was putting together flours to make a flour for cookies and brownies and gravies. I was unable to find white cornmeal flour and thought this product would be OK. The cornmeal was gritty and unpleasant in the chocolate chip cookies (rather like having sand in them). I don't know how it will work up for cornbread, but definitely not an ingredient for making GF flour."
