Not really my taste...
 May 9, 2016
"I personally did not like these, but I would recommend them to people who can't eat corn flakes or oats, like me. They taste like flakes of cardboard, didn't like the texture at all."

great alternative to oats
 December 31, 2012
"I have to rotate the few foods I don't react to so was glad to tolerate this. I sometimes put it in a processor or coffee grinder to have it like oatbran/cream of wheat. It is very good on a cold morning. I add organic butter, stevia, organic goat or cow milk/cream and sometimes organic molasses.
Most of the time I soak food like this overnight then cook it quicker in morning. I've done it on stove top OR in a mini slow cooker for about an hour till all liquid is absorbed.

quality product; I personally don't like the taste

"I used the rye flakes to make granola. There is nothing wrong with the rye flakes; I simply don't like the taste as well as that of other grains."
