"I use this with a egg yolk dip and coat the chicken with this flour.
WOW what a treat. It makes excellent chicken wings served with a sweet and sour sauce dip with a hint of red chili in the sauce. It's very appealing. I took wings to a party and they disappeared almost instantly. No one knew they were made with a gluten free product."

"This coconut flour is great. I don't necessarily think it works any better than any other coconut flour I have tried, but I like the price and I love the packaging. It is so much more convenient to leave this canister in my fridge than to deal with a bag of coconut flour or transfer to another container."

Cumbersome to use and weird aftertaste

"I love coconut in general so when I tried this flour I was excited to taste it. The texture was not as fine as I had hoped a little bit grainy. It was difficult to work with which I quickly figured out. I tried to make paleo bread I with it and I was surprised by the after taste. It had a weird taste like...almost artificial or something I cannot describe as if they ground up part of the out parts with the coconut. I ended up throwing that bread away and tried paleo tortillas but I added seasoning to mask the flavor. They turned ok considering it was my first time. I'm still learning how to use it. I found that putting ground ginger for savory or sweet breads alone in the flour helps to mask that weird aftertaste. I really wanted to love it but I guess I still have to keep trying."

"Maybe I need to try this one again? I like coconut EVERYTHING and have experienced with MOST flours, but this one was very difficult for me to work with? VERY SILKY and the texture was hard to work with?
I would say it's not an easy swap for baking from whole oats.

"I have been using this to replace white sugar and it has worked very well in most of my recipes. It is a darker color but that doesn't really matter to us. Not as sweet s white sugar but we are trying to get rid of the sugary sweets here so thia is helping quite a bit."

"I have started to switch out wheat for coconut and almond flours for baking. This flour has all the attibutes of a quality product: organic, unbleached, and unrefined. Needs added moisture with direct substitution of wheat in my old recipes. There are also plenty of new, gluten-free recipes with coconut flour online."

"This is an amazing product. You can use this flour for almost any type of meal or dessert you would use wheat four for. I make delicious and belly fat reducing brownies with this flour, I use it instead of flour for dredging chicken and it adds a great taste! "First coconut flour I've ever used. The flavor is slightly sweet on its own. Very easy to bake with. I recommend using a sifter after first use (when keeping it refrigerated) as it tends to clump."

"I used this to bread Fish and it tasted yummy. I noticed the Fiber content right away too, its a great and healthy way to get fiber and bread chicken or fish. Just dip in egg and this stuff, I didn't get a chance to mix this flour with bread crumbs but it might be even better that way."
