"We stopped taking multi vitamins because we were supplementing the nutrients in the vitamins that were lower than the levels we felt we needed. So we started making up our own vitamin packs by buying a B complex and then added all the extras we were using anyway. The one thing missing was trace minerals. Kal minerals are providing all those that were in our multi's.
Another reason I wanted to make up our own vitamins is that I can be selective about what we take. I prefer whole food vitamins from natural sources. No synthetics and no GMO's."
