Family Pizza Night

"Pizza is back on the menu at our house with this easy mix. With options to make it with or without yeast, we were able to each make a pizza that fit our restrictions, from my dairy and yeast-free, to my son's with yeast & mozzarella slices. The directions refer to grams and ml, but we easily divided the package and converted them. For my yeast free version I should have patted the dough thinner, or maybe pre-baked it for a minute, but it was only the very center that was a little moist and when I reheated the leftovers for lunch the next day it was perfect. He didn't have any leftovers, he gobbled up the entire thing for dinner. Plus, we had fun cooking together. We'll be ordering this again."
