" This is a good diet journal but be fore-warned, it "asks" for a lot
of information about the food you're eating (amount of carbs, proteins,fats etc). I found it a little over-whelming for me, but if that's what you need/want, then this is the diet journal for you

" This book is put together very well. Nice, thick front and back covers, so the inner pages don't even tracks your fluid intake! Plenty of space and options to have a complete overview of input and athletic output. And it easily fits into some of my larger purses. "
