"I have been using Cytomax for a few years now and I fully recommend this product. It does provide some electrolyte return to the body, especially on a hot day when water will just not do it. I ride 30 to 50 miles a ride and take 2 to 4 bottles of Cytomax with me, hot days all bottles are finished by the end of the ride and I have not had any ill effects of energy induced effects on my body except for a bit of re-hydration needed. When I am trying to rebuild or recover some lost performance, I tend to push average mph 15 - 16, thus decent exertion levels for an older rider.
