"This product is very helpful when I'm in the car all day and leery of drinking too much water, but losing water. So to replenish, I take a packet of this. If it's tasty, then I take another and drink plenty of water when I get home! I also mix a half-packet of this stuff with a little baking soda for acid stomach. Works for me!"

"These products are great. I've been using them for years, especially for the mid-afternoon slumps. They don't make you feel "buzzed" -its just that you suddenly realize you have enough energy to make dinner, pick up the kids, do homework and wash dishes.
My husband has weaned many of his friends off red bull by introducing this to them for their slump in the middle of the day. It is such a healthier boost.
We take an extra one during the day if people around us are sick.
I carry them in my purse for a healthy jolt any time! We like raspberry flavor best, but they are all pretty similiar."
