"This was my first experience with garbanzo flour. I've recently gone grain-free (and never felt better, by the way), and this product is a pleasant surprise!
The first thing I made was the recipe on the side for "Falafel Patties". I loved them! They have a bread-type texture, and are really yummy! My husband says he prefers them to the deep-fried, oily, grainy-tasting falafels he's had in the past.
The second thing I made was pancakes for the kids... I was REALLY, REALLY not expecting them to eat these, since they are pancake connoisseurs (I cook a lot). I was shocked that 3 of them went back for seconds, and 2 went back for thirds. I didn't tell them the pancakes were different, and they didn't ask!
