"No need to mix mutliple flours for your gluten free baking. This stuff simplifies the task. Just make sure to add the Xantham Gum as suggested in the recipe and on this product. If nothing else, try the banana bread from the recipe on the package, or the zuchinni bread from the Bob's Red Mill Xantham Gum. It's tasty stuff. I'm off to make a GF pizza crust right now... Yummy!!!"
