"So far, so good with this product. I switched back to oyster shell. For maximum effect, take with a milk product--morning and evening; the stomach is not so efficient breaking down hard tablets. The 1200 mg is about right for me (an active senior). Gotta keep moving "dem bones"!"
"No other calcium source works as well as oyster shell, for me anyway. My teeth are sensitive, very sensitive to cold, unless I take this source of calcium, and then they are just fine. If I get restless legs, particularly when lying down to sleep, just pop 2 or 3 of these with a glass of water and in 15 minutes I'm all better."
