"I bought a can of this at my local food co-op well over a year ago, noticing the price was much higher than my normal brand. I figured it was "premium" or something... and I was feeling good about the pocket book that day. I don't remember how many weeks went by before I remembered the fancy can of tuna (salmon as well) and decided to try it. No big deal, read the pretty label, crack open the can, do the regular thing with this tuna. OMG-- after one taste of it, I was frozen in place! Incredible taste! Texture! Flavor! Trust me... this stuff has NEVER become tuna salad, tuna patties or anything else. It always will be nothing more than something to stick my best fork in and let my eyeballs roll backward in my head. Totally delicious and eco-conscious fisheries used exclusively."
