"I'm a milk consumer, but my husband is dairy intolerant. We both love this drink. It is refreshing, slightly creamy & lightly spiced with cinnamon. It is not syrupy or over spiced or too sweet - just right. Great light alternative to eggnog. I made homemade tapioca pudding using this instead of milk & it was wonderful (I used the small granulated tapioca & put egg yolk(s) in the cooked tapioca & the beaten stiff egg whites folded into the pudding).
Highly recommend even if you don't care much for cinnamon or milk substitutes. This one's a winner."
