"I started using ths when I first had to go gluten free. I couldn't believe how wonderful the pancakes tasted. My step-son says I make the best pancakes ever! I used to use it to substitute for flour for everything and it worked fine while trying to figure out how to eat gluten free. Now if it was only lactose free too!!!!"

"I've tried so many wheat free baking products with no success that I'd given up. But after trying one of Pamela's other products, I decided to try her baking mix as well. I'm SO glad I did. This mix is amazing. It does far more than just make pancakes. All the recipes on the back of the bag really deliver. I can finally eat bread and pastry products again! I'm eternally grateful!"

"This mix is absolutely delicious!! I used it to make a wheat/gluten free zucchini bread with Lakanto as the sugar replacement. Let me tell you that I never tasted anything so good in my 35 yrs!! I can't believe something 'good for you' tasted this good! I will always have this baking mix on hand and I will use it for the rest of my days!!"

"This is a great product. I've made pancakes. They were just as good as pancakes made with wheat.

I've also used it as a replacement in a recipe that called for Bisquick. It turned out great.

I can't wait to try more recipes from their website."
