"this rice rehydrates beautifully on the trail with steaming water after being cooked & dehydrated at home. we used it as one of our main grains (along with dehydrated quinoa) in the hot lunches we ate along the 240-miles of John Muir Trail we hiked this summer after being introduced to it last year by a fellow backpacker. Can't praise it enough!"
