"If you live at higher altitudes Vital Gluten in your bread machine is an absolute must. 1 tsp per cup of flour for white bread and 1 1/2 tsp per cup of flour for wheat and whole grain breads makes your loaf rise to perfection. Great product would not be without it."

"I used this in my bread making for the 1st time yesterday. WOW! What a difference it makes. My wheat sandwich bread is now soft and spongy. My husband and I have eaten the entire loaf in 24 hours. LOL! I will be adding this to my bread recipes from now on!"
