Arrowhead Mills Organic White Rice Flour -- 2 lbs

Naturally Nutritious. Gluten Free. Wheat Free. Kosher. USDA Organic. White Rice the "Symbol of Life and Fertility". The second largest world crop rice is a staple food in Asia where unlike most grains it is grown on small paddies and harvested by hand -- just as it has been for centuries. White rice is the brown rice kernel with the bran removed making it ideal for recipes for those on gluten-free diets.  . From America's Heartland to Your Heart. Arrowhead Mills® has been the pioneer and leader in organic baking mixes grains cereals and nut butters since 1960. We believe in nature's abundance and treat food with respect - not chemicals! Capturing the essence of the earth with organically grown ingredients Arrowhead Mills takes you back to the basics with the best-tasting most diverse selection of products for home-baked goodness.

Organic, and comes in paper bag
 February 6, 2014
"I buy flours from Bob's and Arrowhead, I prefer the latter because of their packaging---- Bob's is all plastic, Arrowhead uses paper. Granted, the paper bag tends to get little holes and spill a little flour here and there, but I prefer that to having the plastic bags that I don't think I can recycle. I'm also happy that Arrowhead's flours are organic---Bob's has organic too, but sometimes I would get the conventional ones by mistake because the packaging is very similar (this happened when I ordered online from a different retailer than vitacost---they made a mistake!). I think the consistency of the flour is same as Bob's, if not better."
