Crazy good cornbread - gotta love the crunch!
 November 19, 2013
"Just had best corn bread of my life - friend had me over for dinner and made it using this coarse ground cornmeal - says they always buy the coarse, gives it it's crunch. With real butter and honey or molasses YUM YUM YUM can't be beat! Recipe straight off the bag."

Best cornbread ever
 November 17, 2013
"Crunchy moist full flavored - just had the best cornbread of my life... made with Bob's Red Mill Coarse Corn Meal. A friend invited me for an impromptu meal and prepared cornbread muffins off the recipe on the bag. With real butter and honey or sorghum molasses - WOW!"

Very very coarse
 February 12, 2013
"This is almost like coarse grits. It made a very crumbly corn muffin. And the weight on the package is wrong. 1 level cup weighed over 7 ounces,It is heavier per cup than stated. I would not use this ever for cornbread or muffins. Maybe OK for polenta, or if you really don't mind coarse crunchy crumbly muffins. If you follow the recipe on package, your muffins will be dry and crumbly. Try their fine grind instead."
