"I've tried other mineral and vitamin supplements in my life, but was never really impressed with the physical results. Many years ago I came across Spectro, and gave it a try. Within several weeks, I noticed a distinct positive difference in my energy levels and my strength during workouts actually increased. You should remember to take supplements along with lots of clean (distilled or reverse osmosis) water. Add to that calcium and Magnesium because the amount of those supplements exceeds the capacity of Specto pills. All in all, this is a great product manufactured by a very good company."
