"The magnesium blend within this pill makes it superior to other magnesium supplements I've taken. Seems to go to work faster in helping me go to sleep at night. I also notice my dreams are way more intense after a couple weeks of taking this! Just take a serving right before bed for best results."

"Magnesium is such an important supplement in my regimen. I would never buy the cheap stuff. I have used Solaray Magnesium for over 10 years & will continue to do so. I take it in divided doses (when I wake up & before bed). I notice the dirfference if I skip it. Why risk your well-being?"
