"these hemp seeds are delicious and nutty, very soft and easy to mix with salads, smoothies, cereal, yogurt, cottage cheese, or just straight out of the bag for a quick afternoon snack. I love them and they give me the protein i need without eating meat. i think it's a great product and good price."
