"I've been using this product for several years now and it's really great. Tasty and effective. The vanilla flavor can be mixed with any fruit to create any flavor you wish! I have mixed it with soy milk and rice milk as I am allergic to dairy. A great alternative to whey based protein powders and for those who don't want soy either. Highly recommended"
