"I find the usual 70% dark chocolate bars to be a bit too sweet for my taste. This is 77% dark chocolate; the extra 7% makes the flavor just right and not too sweet. A delightfully perfect balance of bitter and sweet."

"Very silky and smooth, more so than other brands. If you are a lover of dark chocolate, then this is not bitter at all. Just wonderfully delicious. Caution: If you are not already a lover of dark chocolate, then start with 70% or lower. It is an acquired taste."
