"This bottle has FOUR full servings. I usually start with just a swig (4oz) about 15 mins before I work out then another swig as I walk into the gym. That leavs two more sevings left for the next day!! It gives u enough energy to work out for two full hours in the gym. (At least it does for me.) The "pump" start when you get hot and really start putting effort into it."
