"It's so difficult to give up wheat flour and pancakes were out of the question. Until now!!! I LOVE this stuff!! I add a little vanilla and cinnamon to the batter and they taste just like the ones I use to make with regular flour!!! I will be purchasing more of this product!!!"

"There are so few good tasting gluten free products.
Imagine having a real pancake - only it IS gluten free. Wow
Light airy , good texture, good taste. Add some strawberries or blueberries - a bigger joy.
Yes we CAN have real pancakes again and this is the product."
