"I have chewed my nails for about 25 years. Any anxiety, stress or nothing at all and I would bite, pick and destroy my nails. I hated this horrible habit. Now after using this product for 3 weeks, I have long, strong nails. The stuff tastes so horrible it didn't take long to break the biting. Would be great for anyone with this bad habit."
