"This is the first time I have tried this product. Normally I take a regular Cal/Mag capsule. It is not nearly as effective as what I was taking. My fingernails have started to split and chip which only happens when I don't take Cal/Mag supplements or in this case take an inferior one."

"I had used this product before I purchased it from your company and really liked the taste and value but when I ordered a multiple of bottles the product was not good. It was so thick it wouldn't come out of the bottle. I tried 3 bottles and he were all the same. So I am weary about ordering any more."

"This product is so thick it is hard to rinse out of a glass and is very chalky. The berry flavor isn't bad though. I only gave this an average rating because I did not re-order this product. Instead, I ordered the Country Life Cal, Mag, Phos & D in the blueberry flavor. It has higher amounts of all elements plus it is not so thick. It is rather sweet though but it easily mixes with water."

"I had been chewing two Viactiv's per day for several years and decided to try the liquid calcium. My fingernails became noticeably stronger and grew longer and I would think that would be a great indication that it was also strengthening my bones. I'm taking one teaspoon in the AM and one in the PM and the blueberry tastes great!!"

"This stuff tastes pretty good. Sometimes, things that taste good at first become hard to choke down after a while, but I haven't had that problem at all with this stuff. It's just got a sweet fruity taste. It is WAY better than taking a pill. Also, you know you're absorbing the vitamins into your system this way. So many vitamins aren't absorbed into people's systems because they aren't taken properly with food. You don't even have to worry about that with this!"

"Lifetime's products are reliable. Unfortunately my physician did not tell me that if you are taking antacids, Calcium Carbonate is not absorbed adequately - we must take Calcium Citrate. Also, there must be a balance of Calcium and Magnesium for bone health and most physicians are now recommended Vitamin D supplementation. This product is easy to take, and has a great flavor too."

"This is a great product, easy to take and add to foods and drinks. I can not take other calcium, because it gives me an upset stomach and i 'feel' it all day, but this product is on i happened upon several years ago in a high end grocer. I found it here and it is half the cost! I love this product because it give me the assurance that i am getting enough calcium, even though i am dairy free in my day to day life. I love the taste, if u like a sour fresh taste, you will love this product. It is a bit thick, but added to your favorite smoothy and u dont notice it at all. baking w this product is also a good way to get added calcium."
