"I am taking this product for Anxiety/Panic problems and have found that it honestly aids in taking me back down to a "regular" level of emotional intensity. I've had no side effects, and every study I've read has said that this is an effective supplement for this purpose. I take two of these pills (500mg in the morning with breakfast and 500mg in the evening with dinner). This brand of Inositol has no additives like Silica or Silicon Dioxide which is found in nearly every other brand, and it's very cost effective. I'd recommend this specific Inositol to anyone looking to start an inositol regimen."
