cheap B12 can cause side effects

"I was having some tired feelings off and on in the afternoons so I thought I would incorporate some B vitamins. I used Thompson Vitamins many years ago and was satisfied with their results and price. When I saw Vitacost carried the brand I immediately ordered both B12's and the B-50's. I feel my energy level stays more through the day. I take one of the B-12 in the morning and the other two pills after lunch."
