"I have severe PCOS and with PCOS you have depression and mood swings. I bought this because I wanted the pure form of Inositol. I mix mine with water. It has no taste and it works wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I do not take it then I am not a very happy person but when I take it I am calm and I laugh more. I have been taking Inositol for two months now. Last month I took the brand Twinlab and I loved it too but you get more with this bottle."
