"it goes on really smooth, feels and smells ok, but when I rinse, it leaves my hair knotted and dry, but when I brush the knots out and dry my hair it feels soft, still it's not as good as nature's gate, which leaves hair soft after rinsing and doesn't knot hair or leave it dry,
will not reorder, set out the barely used container for neighbors"

"The smell is good, mild floral/coconut to me. I can handle it with my allergies. It is like a medium strength condition, not deep, but not like the lightweight ones either. I am not sure about the hair repair part, but I did buy it for my bleached hair because keratin is known to help repair hair. For the most part, it makes my hair soft and silky. So that is good! It can be difficult to wash out. For a natural product, it is great."

"Did not like this product for my long thick hair. It smells funny...a bit like cherry cough syrup...yuck, and does not condition like I need it to. Will not buy again."

"I have tried many natural and organic conditioners and this one blows the competition away. My hair is very thick but each strand is extremely thin and therefore is prone to being dry and breaking. This conditioner after just one use coated my hair in an amazing shine and my hair is so soft! Wish I had a before and after picture. I have a lot of hair though so I used about 3 tablespoon dollops and left it in for about 7 minutes. Will continue to use!"

"I'm experimenting with many different natural hair products (trying to wean myself from my salon brands) and I just used this with the partner shampoo for the last few weeks. Perhaps it matters what TYPE of hair you have - I have thick, wavy hair that goes dull and frizzy if I don't manage it with product. With this, I couldn't get my hair detangled in the shower, and my hair felt a little stripped no matter how much I used. So far I prefer the Giovanni Smooth as Silk and the Alba leave-in, but perhaps this is a good choice for those with finer hair requiring body."

"My hair has always been dry and coarse with zero shine. Since using this product, my hair has shine, bounce and strength! The difference is impossible not to notice - I've never had hair like this before!

"Always make sure you choose the shampoo+ conditioner set that will best suit your needs so you can see and feel the results. I wish I was introduced to this product ages ago. The shampoo+ conditioner definitely repaired my hair. Don't worry about not being able to smell this because you are buying online, it doesn't have a strong scent. Mill Creek great brand"
