"Dr. Christophers appetite product would be the least expensive and the healthiest way to loose weight. It does curb your appetite with no stimulants compared to everything else on the market. Just herbs to balance your system. Lets face it, you cannot sit on the couch and expect to loose weight. Get up and exercise, drink water and eat well to get the weight off and these pills help with your effort. I would recommend this product."
