"If this were just a liquid vitamin C alone it would have been a great product and value, but I bought it because it also included rose hips and bioflavonids. Pretty potent and important antioxidants. Tastes fine all on it's own so no problems taking it without mixing it with other juices. Just a note....rose hips can have some minor side effects, so if you haven't ever take it before and don't know if you're sensitive to it, you might want to start out with a teaspoon or less."
