"I am on my third bottle, and I have skipped months inbetween bottles. I keep going back to it, trying to decide if it is doing any good. It seems to give me more energy.

They are small, round tablets that go down easily. I take two a day, in the morning.

It would be worth a try if you are considering buying it."
