"These don't cause problems with lactose intolerance and are very helpful for occasional use getting to sleep or even getting back to sleep if I wake up during the night. They seem to have a gentle, relaxing effect without causing a drugged feeling. They have a nice sweet flavor but do have to be chewed like recommended on the bottle. The first night I tried them I took 2 but since then have been able to get results from just a single tablet. I would recommend them."
