"In my humble opinion powders are more effective than any other form. I have had a bad problem with my fingernails splitting. They snag on everything. My fingernails get ripped away a lot. But even if they don't snag on things, they split all the way down to the meat. That is pain. A few days after starting on this calcium, the splits quit splitting. After they grew out, they never split again."
