"I think these are the best multi I've ever tried. I've been using them for over a year now. I haven't had one crack in the side of my mouth (sign of zinc and/or vitamin A deficiancy) since starting them, and they help maintain my my blood-iron level better than other multis I've tried. Not to mention they're loaded with lots of other great stuff you don't find in a lot of other multis."

"The smell and taste are really off-putting. Also, for a multi it lacks sufficient vitamin D for women over 50. (600 - 800)"
