"Great freaking product. I am like every man in the world, i dont want to lose my hair like my dad or like all my middle age friends around me are doing. I have used this product for about a year now and i like it. The scent is Masculine, and the product works. I have started to get stronger hair with fewer hairs showing up on the shower floor. MY USE: i alternate this product with another product i like, Jason peppermint & biotin and i use conditioner only two times a week, using: jason thin to thick (leaves hair with a slick texture) and avalon organics peppermint (makes my scalp tingle and breathe). when i use this product i leave it in while i shower, when i do not use a conditioner because it does not have any harsh chemicals."

"I have used this shampoo for several weeks now and have not noticed any difference in my hair being fuller, its actually quite the opposite. I have straight medium thin hair and live in a dry climate. This shampoo dries our my hair so much that it looks like I have no hair. Even though it smells great and is organic, but it doesn't help grow or improve the volume of your hair."

"I haven't used this product long enough to know if it really does work. I don't see that my hair feels any thicker. I'm willing to give it longer. One thing I can say is that it smells AWFUL. I'm all for natural products, but this stuff smells like Lysol. It has a very strong medicinal smell. If it works, it's worth it. But if it doesn't, it's going in the trash."

"I bought both this and Kiss My Face obsessively organic shampoo. I have to admit I prefer Kiss My Face. I can't put my finger on why, but I think the Avalon scent isn't as nice and it makes my hair so squeaky it almost hurts, if that makes any sense. I wish it left my hair a little softer. I have thin, super-fine, straight hair. It is a really great product good for your body and the planet. Give a try for yourself. It may be just what you're looking for."

"I have purchased this shampoo & conditioner 3 times already, and am back for more! I had a massive hair shedding thanks to thyroid meds, and between this shampoo and the hair vitamins I am taking, my hair looks great and the thinning unnoticeable to anyone but myself. I don't know that any shampoo can stop hair loss due to an internal problem, but this product certainly made my hair look full while I was dealing with the loss. "I've tried them all - Chavez, Ferkkai, Bumble.etc. They are a waste of money in my opinion. Bumble was especially disappointing. None of them had any significant affect on the texture or fullness of my hair and most of them were harsh, requiring frequent conditioning. Avalon works well, doesn't dry out your hair, and is very reasonably priced. My daugther-in-law also likes it."
